Source.ag is seeking an Account Executive to drive growth across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific, excluding the Netherlands and Belgium. You will lead market-entry efforts, recruit and manage partner networks, and close high-value deals directly with the world’s largest greenhouse growers.

You will collaborate with our AI Solution Specialist team to tailor product demonstrations and maximize customer value while working with the Product team to ensure the best market fit.

Responsabilidades

• Enter new local markets across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific (excluding NL and Belgium).
• Build and manage partner and agent networks; drive productive performance.
• Close high-value deals directly with the largest growers.
• Collaborate with AI Solution Specialist and Product teams to tailor demos and ensure market fit.
• Cultivate relationships with growers, cooperatives, and industry partners for long-term success.
