Octiva and Berkvens Greenhouse Mobility are seeking an energetic Sales Manager to grow the customer base for both brands. You will generate leads, engage growers in-person and by phone, and collaborate with product teams to design tailored automation and logistics solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture or related field.
• Excellent communicator with people skills and a hunter mindset.
• Willingness to travel to meet growers and attend industry events.
• Fluency in Dutch and English; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate own leads and manage the sales cycle.
• Visit growers in the assigned region and assess needs.
• Collaborate with product experts to tailor solutions from Octiva & Berkvens range.
• Maintain CRM updates and follow-up with prospects and customers.
