Based at the De Ruiter Experience Center in Bleiswijk Netherlands, the International Market Development Representative drives global market development for the De Ruiter high-tech greenhouse portfolio in tomato, pepper, cucumber and strawberry.

The role coordinates international trial plans across EMEA, Asia and AMPAC, connects market insights with portfolio strategy, and accelerates portfolio adoption through collaboration with customer-facing teams, Portfolio, R&D and leading high-tech growers

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Horticulture, Crop Science or related field.
• 5–10 years in a high-tech greenhouse or customer-facing role.
• Strong knowledge of grower economics, trial design and portfolio adoption.
• Global project leadership and cross-regional collaboration experience.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; other languages an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a trusted portfolio and crop expert for customer-facing teams.
• Lead international market-development trial plans across EMEA, Asia and AMPAC.
• Drive strategic market-extension plans for new variety launches.
• Connect insights to strengthen portfolio positioning and future innovation.
• Facilitate knowledge exchange and scale successful approaches globally.
• Leverage the De Ruiter Experience Center for hosting visitors and partnerships.
• Build strong relationships with growers, influencers and internal stakeholders.
