Job summary

Dometic is seeking a Finance Assistant for the Mobile Cooking unit, based in Duiven, The Netherlands. You will join a small finance team supporting the daily finance operations from an international, growth-oriented company.

Part-time role of 32 hours per week with a 4+1 office pattern and optional remote day. The role focuses on processing invoices, bank statements, month-end activities, and internal controls in a dynamic global environment.

Qualifications

• Good level of English and Dutch in wording and writing.
• Experience in finance administration in an international environment is preferred.
• Basic finance administration skills.

Responsibilities

• Processing and paying of the incoming supplier invoices.
• Processing bank statements.
• Raising invoices and credits to customers.
• Assisting in month end-close.
• Reconciliation of intercompany payables and receivables.
• Creating and maintaining supplier/customer and material master data.
• Credit control and expense reports processing.
