Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions, part of the ASSA ABLOY Group, is seeking a Finance Assistant to support invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations and reporting across the Benelux region. You will work closely with the Financial Controller and the HR team in a small, collaborative unit near the business.

You will process invoices, assist with tax filings, support month-/quarter-/year-end closing and contribute to accurate financial records and compliance.

Qualifications

• Administrative qualification, preferably in bookkeeping or financial administration (MBO level).
• 2 to 5 years of experience in a financial administrative role.
• Good command of Dutch and English, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Handle bank postings and reconciliations.
• Assist with tax filings across the Benelux region.
• Reconcile intercompany transactions.
• Support HR administration and month-/quarter-/year-end activities.
