Job summary

Dometic is seeking a Finance Assistant to support the Mobile Cooking business unit from our Duiven office in the Netherlands. You will join a dedicated finance and administration team ensuring accurate processing of supplier invoices, bank statements, invoicing, and month-end activities.

The role requires basic finance administration skills, fluency in English and Dutch, and proficiency with Excel and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimal MBO-4 level in finance administration by education or experience.
• Some experience with finance administration in an international environment is required.
• Basic finance administration skills.
• Good level of English and Dutch language in wording and writing.
• Knowledge of excel and other Microsoft office tools.

Responsibilities

• Processing and paying of the incoming supplier invoices
• Processing bank statements
• Raising invoices and credits to the customers
• Assisting in month end-close
• Reconciliation of intercompany payables and receivables
• Creating and maintaining supplier / customer and material master data
• Credit control
• Expense reports and credit cards processing and control
• Assisting in improvement of internal control
• Assisting with preparation of internal and external audits
• Other administrational tasks
• Support, if necessary, of inside sales and logistics
