Job summary

Mpac Langen is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our global Service team in Wijchen, the Netherlands. You will install, commission, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize advanced automation equipment at customer sites worldwide, delivering top-tier service and technical expertise.

This role requires international travel (70-80%), strong hands-on problem solving, and the ability to work with customers, project teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure safe and reliable operation of

Qualifications

• MBO+ or Bachelor's-level education in Mechatronics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience with mechanical and electrical systems.
• Field service or automation experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission new Mpac machinery at customer locations worldwide.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance and diagnose faults.
• Support customers on-site and remotely to ensure reliable operation.
• Provide operator training and document service activities and test results.
