Job summary

Mpac Langen in Wijchen, Netherlands, is hiring a Team Lead Field Service Engineers to lead, coach and develop our field service team, delivering installation, maintenance and service worldwide. You will ensure safety, quality and customer satisfaction, collaborate with planning and engineering, and drive continuous improvement while supporting the Mpac Langen brand.

• Bachelor's level education or equivalent in Mechatronics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Automation.
• At least 5 years’ experience in a Field Service Engineering or similar technical service environment.
• Experience leading, mentoring or coaching engineers.
• Strong knowledge of machine building, industrial automation and service operations.
• Experience working within an international customer-focused environment.
• Excellent planning, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.
• A passion for developing people and creating high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Leading, coaching and supporting a team of Field Service Engineers and the Field Service Trainer.
• Driving performance in safety, quality, productivity, customer satisfaction and efficiency.
• Providing guidance on complex technical issues, machine installations and customer escalations.
• Working closely with Planning, Project Management, Engineering, Customer Support and Sales to optimise service delivery.
• Managing resource allocation and ensuring the right people are assigned to the right projects.
• Fostering a culture of continuous improvement, knowledge sharing and professional development.
• Monitoring operational KPIs and identifying opportunities to improve service performance and customer experience.
• Acting as an escalation point for customers and supporting the team in delivering exceptional service worldwide.

We are looking for a Team Lead Field Service Engineers to lead, coach and develop our team of Field Service Engineers while ensuring the safe, efficient and high-quality delivery of installation, maintenance and service activities worldwide.

What You'll Be Doing

As Team Lead Field Service Engineers, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational leadership of our field service team and will act as the key link between engineers, customers and internal stakeholders.

• Leading, coaching and supporting a team of Field Service Engineers and the Field Service Trainer.
