Job summary

Robin Radar is seeking a Marketing Events Planner to lead end-to-end planning and execution of local and international events. You will work with Sales Managers, the Tech Sales team, offices, and external agencies to deliver engaging experiences aligned with our goals.

You will manage event strategies, playbooks, budgets, staffing, and materials, while coordinating with branding agencies to maintain high-quality visuals. A global, travel-heavy role awaits.

Qualifications

• BA or MSc in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or related field.
• 2+ years in event execution, ideally international/multi-cultural.
• Knowledge of event management, agency coordination, and brand activation.
• Hands-on project management with event budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of local and international events.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers, our Tech Sales team, Office colleagues, and external agencies to build engaging event experiences.
• Develop event strategies, playbooks, budgets, and staffing requirements.
• Coordinate with external branding agencies to keep our visual presence consistent and high quality.
• Support wider Marketing team on branding, social media, and video content.
