Job summary

Robin Radar in Delft is seeking a Marketing Events Planner to lead end-to-end local and international events, from ideation to post-event cleanup, in collaboration with Sales Managers, the Tech Sales team, and external agencies.

Reporting to the Marketing Projects and Events Manager, you will shape event strategies, playbooks and budgets, develop promotional materials, manage agencies, and support cross-functional marketing campaigns to boost our global profile.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or related field.
• 2+ years of event execution experience, ideally international or multicultural.
• Proven knowledge of event management, agency coordination and brand activation.
• Hands-on project management experience and handling event budgets.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Proactive mindset with attention to detail and a passion for flawless execution.
• Excellent communication skills across diverse cultures and internal teams.
• Team player who can also work independently.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive plans for local and international events, including logistics and on-site management.
• Support creation of event strategies, playbooks, budgets and staffing requirements.
• Develop offline promotional materials and event merchandise.
• Manage relationships with partner agencies and external branding agencies.
• Assist the wider Marketing team on branding, social media and video content.
