Job summary

HEINEKEN invites you to join the Global Business Conduct team within Legal Affairs for a 6-month internship in Amsterdam, starting February 1, 2027. You will gain hands-on experience in ethics and anti-corruption, collaborating with local operating companies across countries and supporting global standards implementation.

The role offers a hybrid setup with three days at the office and two days remote, plus a monthly allowance and exposure to diverse cultures.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program.
• Genuine interest in ethics and compliance.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint.
• Excellent English writing and communication skills.
• International perspective and ability to work with diverse teams.
• Proactive, takes initiative and demonstrates problem-solving abilities.
• Strong analytical and research capabilities.
