Job summary

The HEINEKEN Company is offering an internship in Amsterdam within the Global Social Sustainability, Human Rights & DEI team. You will support the Human Rights agenda and collaborate with cross-functional teams on due diligence initiatives, while gaining practical experience in sustainability communications and policy drafting.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree in sustainability, social studies, human rights or any related field.
Ability to prioritize and to work in a structured way on projects and individually.
Exceptional team player and eager to learn.
Proficiency in English: written, spoken and interpersonal.

Responsibilities

Assist in the continued implementation of the social sustainability value chain due diligence strategy, ensuring alignment with company objectives and values.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support due diligence programs and initiatives.
Gather insights to further inform decision making, including benchmarking and legal trend monitoring.
Help create communications and messaging on social sustainability topics.
