HEINEKEN invites applications for an Internship in Social Sustainability – Human Rights, based in Amsterdam. You’ll join the Global Social Sustainability, Human Rights & DEI team and support the Human Rights agenda with cross-functional collaboration, data gathering, and communications tasks.

The role is a 6-month full-time internship starting January 25, 2027, with a hybrid work model and a €650 gross monthly allowance.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in sustainability, social studies, human rights or any related field.
• Ability to prioritize and to work in a structured way on projects and individually.
• Exceptional team player and eager to learn.
• Proficiency in English: written, spoken and interpersonal.

Responsabilités

• Assist in the continued implementation of the social sustainability value chain due diligence strategy, ensuring alignment with company objectives and values.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support due diligence programs and initiatives.
• Gather insights to further inform decision making, including benchmarking and legal trend monitoring.
• Help create communications and messaging on social sustainability topics.
