Job summary

The HEINEKEN Company is offering an Internship in Legal Affairs: Legal Operations in Amsterdam. You’ll be part of a small, dynamic team, work on contract lifecycle management, legal tech, and cross-functional collaboration, and gain hands-on experience in shaping how the legal function collaborates with the business.

The role is full-time for 5 months starting February 1, 2027, with a hybrid schedule (three days in the office, two days at home).

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s program related to legal studies.
• Interest in process automation, technology, and problem solving.
• Experience with CLM, e-billing, or legal document management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and adoption of our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solution.
• Assist with cross-functional coordination and process automation across departments.
• Contribute to preparation and management of Legal function meetings and initiatives.
