Job summary

Dyson Institute is seeking an Experience Manager to lead a team of eCommerce Merchandisers across markets. You will ensure consistent, high-quality content delivery, align goals with the business, and manage multiple workstreams across channels.

You will own large digital projects, coach staff, maintain strict processes, and build stakeholder relationships to deliver campaigns on time and to a global standard.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience managing teams in a corporate environment.
• Systematic, process-first mindset with strong documentation and standardisation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across senior stakeholders and junior reports.
• Experience managing offshore or distributed teams across time zones.
• Highly organised with strong prioritisation instincts and ability to manage multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and hold accountable a team of eCommerce Merchandisers across varying levels of seniority and locations.
• Own the delivery of large, complex digital projects including global and multi-lingual market content.
• Coach and develop Merchandisers with structured development plans aligned to business objectives.
• Create transparency across all workstreams with reporting, prioritisation and risk escalation.
• Establish and enforce clear operational standards, workflows and quality gates.
• Identify underperforming practices and implement structured improvement plans.
• Set the tone for professional communication with stakeholders at all levels.
