Dyson Institute is seeking a Supply Chain Transformation Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives across EMEA, driving change from concept through implementation, stabilization and handover to operations. You will work across logistics, returns, planning, and order-to-delivery, coordinating matrix teams to design scalable solutions that improve capability and support business growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic supply chain initiatives from discovery through implementation and stabilization
• Design and document end-to-end supply chain processes across logistics, planning, returns, and order-to-delivery
• Translate project outcomes into operating models, SOPs, governance structures, and process controls
• Coordinate plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and outcomes across matrix teams
• Drive implementation activities, readiness assessments, testing, hypercare, and transition to BAU
• Prepare governance materials and decision papers for senior stakeholders
• Track benefits, milestones, spend, adoption, and delivery performance
• Surface risks, conflicts, resource constraints, and delivery impacts early
• Capture lessons learned and embed continuous improvement actions
