The Platform Specialist (EMEA) will work with the wider Platform Team and Dyson’s content partner Hogarth Worldwide to deliver CMS and CRM related projects, providing support to the business. This role is a subject matter expert for all CMS merchandising projects, supporting the EMEA markets and the wider business. Responsibilities include updating front-end content and testing new features to ensure they work as expected without impacting current functionality.
- Work with EMEA markets for content translation approvals
- Deliver multilingual market content for EMEA markets; support multiple CMS platforms and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Quality Control – QA content to ensure task requirements are met
- Collaborate with product management to test new functionalities on CMS platforms as subject matter expert
- Collaborate with designers, experience delivery managers, copywriters, commercial and market representatives to meet high standards
- Conduct user acceptance testing and business validation testing (BVT) to ensure new website functionality is fit for purpose
- Localise and expedite group-built content for markets
- Raise IT incidents and coordinate with IT teams to resolve issues
- 2-3 years of experience with CMS platforms (e.g., AEM, Hybris, Magento, Sitecore)
- Experience working with an offshore team is advantageous
- Resilience and ability to guide projects and teams through issues to deliver high-quality outcomes
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office; preferably Atlassian suite
- Team player and self-starter with strong communication skills
