The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, documentation governance, and effective communication with external partners, aiming for reliable operations and productivity gains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related area.
• Experience in a highly regulated industry.
• Experience working with external parties and improving processes.
• Good understanding of distribution practices and governance.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Execute reverse logistics and operations processes across EMEA, including returns and trace activities.
• Act as SME for assigned processes and support audits, inspections, and business continuity.
• Maintain controlled documents, process docs, training materials, and quality system records.
• Train staff and develop training material.
