Job summary
Teva Pharmaceuticals is seeking a senior leader to ensure on‑time, in‑full product supply across markets, leading a large external manufacturing network. You will drive productivity, governance, and risk management while partnering with Quality, MS&T, and Procurement to sustain performance and compliance.
The role emphasizes transformation, standardization, and digital tooling to deliver reliable supply and cost competitiveness globally.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field.
- 15+ years of experience managing supply chain activities in an SAP environment.
- Proven leadership experience managing global teams.
- Lean / Six Sigma or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Own all operational activities related to order management and product supply for existing and launch portfolio.
- Lead a low‑touch operating model, maximizing output with minimal resource intensity.
- Monitor performance through KPIs and dashboards; implement proactive risk management.
- Collaborate with SRMs, Quality, MS&T, Procurement and Business Operations.
