Job summary
Teva is seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Leader to drive execution, productivity and resilience across a portfolio of external manufacturing partners. Based in Haarlem, you will lead global SCM activities, governance, and cost management, collaborating with SRMs, Quality, Procurement and Business Ops to ensure on-time, compliant supply of ~400 products.

Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in engineering, life sciences, pharmacy or related field.
- 15+ years of experience managing supply chain activities in SAP environments.
- Proven leadership experience managing global teams.
- Strong track record in operational execution and performance management.
- Preferred advanced degree (MBA, MS, Engineering, or related).
- Experience in large pharma and/or FMCG environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end supply chain execution across a portfolio of external manufacturing partners.
- Drive governance, process standardization, and productivity improvements.
- Collaborate with SRMs, Quality, MS&T, Procurement and Business Operations.
- Implement risk management and cost-optimization initiatives.
- Leverage digital tools and dashboards to monitor performance and drive improvements.
