Job summary

HITEC Power Protection BV is seeking a seasoned Global Director Project Management to lead our worldwide project execution. You will ensure delivery of new-system and upgrade projects with excellence, coordinating across Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Service and Finance to drive profitable growth and outstanding customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Bachelor or master’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business or related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in complex project environments.
Proven leadership in international, project-based organizations with stakeholder management.
Experience managing multi-million-euro projects and project portfolios.
Experience in industrial equipment, critical infrastructure, manufacturing or similar sectors.
Demonstrated success in transformation and process improvement initiatives.
Strong commercial and financial awareness.

Responsibilities

Oversee successful execution of all customer new-system and upgrade projects globally.
Lead project management teams worldwide and drive a culture of execution excellence.
Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Service and Finance to ensure flawless execution.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to high quality standards.
Foster collaboration with regional organizations to support HITEC's growth ambitions.
