Vanderlande seeks a Director of Corporate Health, Safety & Environment to shape and drive the global HSE strategy, governance framework and performance improvements. You will lead a federated network of HSE professionals, partner with executives and domain teams, and translate global ambitions into practical, locally relevant safety solutions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, Business Administration or related discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive HSE leadership experience within multinational manufacturing or construction.
• Experience leading Global HSE functions in matrix and federated environments.
• Proven track record in cultural change and transformations.
• Experience influencing Executive Leadership and leading cross-functional stakeholder networks.
• Knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001 and other international HSE standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and evolution of Vanderlande's global HSE strategy and governance.
• Drive proactive safety culture protecting people, customers, contractors and reputation.
• Build trusted partnerships across a complex stakeholder landscape.
• Foster shared ownership of strategic initiatives across domains.
• Coach and develop a direct team of 8 HSE professionals and a global community.
• Translate strategy into practical actions and measurable improvements.
