Job summary

Hilti Nederland BV seeks a Project Execution Manager to drive the successful execution of large, complex construction projects in Hilti’s international environment. You coordinate across Engineering, Bid & Proposal, Contracting, and Fulfillment, translating requirements into work packages and ensuring cross-functional collaboration.

Lead planning, resource forecasting, risk mitigation, and mentoring for PEM 1 and newer PEMs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
• Master's degree in a related field is a plus.
• Experience leading large construction projects with a solid PM track record.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key execution counterpart to the CPM, coordinating PMO activities across Engineering, Bid & Proposal, Contracting, and Fulfillment.
• Translate complex customer requirements into clear work packages and maintain the internal project plan in alignment with CPM and global stakeholders.
• Forecast and align resource needs across multiple projects, ensuring the right expertise is available at the right time.
• Lead task prioritization, internal project communication, and cross functional coordination to drive high quality execution.
• Identify and mitigate project risks together with the CPM, ensuring stability and strong customer experience.
• Mentor PEM 1 roles and newer Project Execution Managers, fostering a collaborative and high performing team culture.
• Manage change documentation and communication, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
• Monitor project performance (scope, changes, quality, team performance, financials) and define improvement actions to support operational excellence.
