Job summary

Hitachi Energy in the Netherlands is seeking a Service Project Manager to lead complex service projects from planning through execution and closure, ensuring delivery within scope, budget and schedule. You will coordinate customers, service teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.

The role combines project leadership, customer engagement, and commercial responsibility in a dynamic service environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• At least 5 years of project or complex service delivery experience.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, written and spoken.
• Proven leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead service projects from initiation to closure.
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables and success criteria.
• Develop project plans, schedules, resources and budgets.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation actions.
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners.
• Communicate progress and outcomes to customers and stakeholders.
• Monitor budgets, costs, revenue and financial performance.
