Job summary

Tecson is seeking a Senior Project Manager Data Center to lead complex electrical infrastructure projects, from award to commissioning, headquartered in The Hague with international travel. You will manage low- and medium-voltage systems, coordinate FAT/SAT, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery; English proficiency is essential, Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Energy Technology, or a closely related technical field is mandatory.
• At least seven years of experience as a project manager in electrical engineering or power distribution.
• PMP or IPMA certification is required.
• VCA VOL certificate or equivalent safety qualification.
• Solid knowledge of low- and medium-voltage systems.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Dutch is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage international low- and medium-voltage power distribution projects.
• Act as the customer’s primary contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead multidisciplinary and internationally distributed project teams.
• Manage schedules, budgets, scope, contractual obligations and risks.
• Coordinate FAT and SAT tests; ensure technical quality and delivery.
