Job summary

HITEC Power Protection is seeking an experienced Global Director Project Management to lead our global project execution organization. You will drive the delivery of customer new-system and upgrade projects across HITEC's global network, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and top quality while influencing Sales, Engineering, and Operations around the world.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related discipline.
10+ years of experience in complex project environments.
Proven leadership in international project-based organizations.
Experience managing multi-million-euro projects and portfolios.
Experience in industrial equipment, critical infrastructure, manufacturing, or similar sectors.
Strong commercial and financial awareness.
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution mindset.

Responsibilities

Oversee successful execution of all customer new-system and upgrade projects globally.
Lead project management teams worldwide and drive a culture of execution excellence and continuous improvement.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Coordinate across Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Service, Finance and regional organizations to ensure flawless execution.
Influence and coach stakeholders to optimize project outcomes.
