Job summary

Hilti seeks a Construction Project Director in the Netherlands to drive large international projects, manage P&L, and lead cross-functional teams across Europe. The role requires strategic oversight, strong client and stakeholder engagement, and travel up to 30%.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in international sales or construction project management with a sales or P&L focus, engineering background, and fluency in English. Master’s or MBA is a plus; relocation is possible.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned project(s) to maximize topline and profitability targets.
• Direct capture team within a matrix organization.
• Own full P&L for projects and coordinate orders with stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with Hilti rules across all levels.
• Develop strategic plans to drive project success.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Allocate resources to optimize outcomes.
• Oversee quality control of all deliverables.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Promote adoption of innovative technologies and methods.
• Mentor and develop team members to build a high-performing unit.
