Job summary

Partner Company in the Netherlands seeks a Director, Professional Services to lead global delivery across North America, EMEA, and APAC. You will own enterprise implementations, rollouts, and services engagements, combining operations leadership with commercial accountability for revenue, margins, and utilization.

You will build and lead a PM organization, collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success, and travel up to 50% to manage strategic customer relationships and drive growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years delivering professional services or SaaS implementations for enterprise software.
• 3+ years managing Project/Program Managers or leaders.
• SAP Plant Maintenance experience or equivalent hands-on experience in maintenance operations.
• Experience owning services revenue, margin, utilization, or related targets.
• Hands-on with scoping, pricing, negotiating, and managing SOWs and change orders.
• Track record delivering complex enterprise implementations and multi-site rollouts.
• Ability to manage executive escalations and stakeholder relationships across teams.
• Fluency in English; ability to lead executive conversations across regions.
• Experience across two of NA, EMEA, APAC preferred.
• Experience with PS automation or CRM platforms advantageous.
• Mobility implementation experience is a strong plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale professional services programs across North America, EMEA, and APAC.
• Establish and manage the regional professional services delivery model with defined standards.
• Oversee services revenue, margins, utilization, and cross-sell opportunities across the portfolio.
• Ensure programs meet ROI objectives and SOW commitments.
• Partner with Sales on scoping, pricing, and delivery strategy; support negotiations.
• Draft and manage SOWs and change orders to protect margins.
• Identify risks early, drive issue resolution, and control milestones and hours.
• Allocate resources and budgets; monitor program health and adjust as needed.
• Recruit, hire, and develop Project Managers and consultants; provide coaching.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success; escalate risks and provide recommendations.
• Serve as senior advisor to strategic customers; align roadmaps with asset management objectives.
• Identify opportunities to expand value through rollouts and adoption.
• Maintain executive relationships across a global portfolio; represent PS in strategic discussions.
