Job summary

Rubrik Professional Services is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise customer implementations in a remote-capable role in The Netherlands. You will own high-stakes engagements end-to-end, ensuring deployment success, value realization, and operational efficiency for customers.

You will drive complex projects with a hands-on delivery approach, collaborate with engineering, support, and sales teams, and continuously optimize PMO practices to improve margins and customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, enterprise projects.
• Manage scope, milestones, resources, and budgets to ensure on-time delivery.
• Govern risks and dependencies, mitigating issues before escalation.
• Align stakeholders across Engineering, Customer Support, Sales and partners.
• Maintain quality and performance to Rubrik standards and outcomes.
• Contribute to PMO governance, processes and KPI reporting.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement.
