Job summary

Philips seeks a Global Senior Manager for Digital Shelf and e-Commerce to lead strategy, governance and capability across markets. You will translate insights into commercial actions, partner with eRetail, Key Accounts, and Marketing, and drive adoption through tools and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Strategy, Data & Analytics, or related field.
• 5–10 years in Digital Shelf, Digital Commerce, eRetail or Commercial Excellence.
• Experience with Digital Shelf analytics platforms and turning data into recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead Philips’ global Digital Shelf Excellence capability with vision and roadmap.
• Translate Digital Shelf strategy into a commercial narrative with impact metrics.
• Define and govern the global Digital Shelf measurement framework and reporting.
• Partner with Units/Markets to translate performance data into actionable guidance.
