Job summary

Philips is seeking a Global Senior Manager for Digital Shelf and e-Commerce to build and elevate a global Digital Shelf capability. You will set strategy, operating model, governance and measurement standards to improve product discovery, content quality and conversion at scale.

You will partner with Business Units, Regions, eRetail and Marketing to translate insights into commercial actions and measurable growth while leading change and adoption across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Commerce, E-Commerce, Digital Strategy, Data & Analytics, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in Digital Shelf, Digital Commerce, eRetail, e-category management, digital trading, marketplace management or Commercial Excellence.
• Experience with Digital Shelf analytics platforms such as Profitero, NielsenIQ, Stackline, DataWeave or Amazon Brand Analytics and the ability to turn data into commercially compelling recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead Philips’ global Digital Shelf Excellence capability, including the vision, roadmap, operating model, governance, measurement framework and learning agenda.
• Translate the Digital Shelf strategy into a commercial narrative: quantify revenue, traffic and conversion impact.
• Define and govern Philips’ global Digital Shelf measurement framework with KPIs and reporting.
