Job summary

Philips is seeking a Global Senior Manager - Digital Shelf and e-Commerce to lead the evolution of its Digital Shelf capability from Amsterdam. You will set strategy, operating model, governance and standards to improve product discovery, content quality and conversion at scale.

You will translate insights into commercial actions and partner with Business Units, Regions, eRetail, Key Accounts and Marketing to drive measurable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing or Digital Strategy.
• 5–10 years in Digital Shelf, Digital Commerce or related areas.
• Experience turning data into actionable recommendations.
• Proven track record improving Digital Shelf for consumer brands.
• Global/Regional experience in a large matrix organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead Philips’ global Digital Shelf capability, roadmap and governance.
• Quantify revenue, traffic and conversion impact of Digital Shelf investments.
• Define and govern the global Digital Shelf measurement framework.
• Translate data into practical guidance for Markets and Retailers.
• Own the global Digital Shelf strategy and tooling roadmap.
• Identify growth opportunities from Digital Shelf data.
• Coordinate content via PIM/PXM, DAM and analytics platforms.
• Advise senior stakeholders to inform plans and budgets.
• Build a community of Digital Shelf practitioners.
