Job summary

Philips is seeking an SPS Diagnostic Imaging Operations Leader to build and lead a newly formed global organization responsible for service-parts availability and end-to-end supply-chain performance across DXR, CT and MR.

You will drive planning, procurement, and lifecycle management with regional teams, suppliers and field-service stakeholders, shaping a high-performance culture and AI-enabled decision-making to improve customer experience and business results.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in supply chain within large, international organizations.
• Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of service-parts planning and end-to-end supply chain performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the newly formed SPS DI Operations organization.
• Own service-parts availability and performance across regions.
• Collaborate with Procurement, regional teams, suppliers and field-service stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement and AI-enabled decision making.
• Align the operating model with business strategy and customer experience goals.
