Job description

Job Title

SPS Diagnostic Imaging (DI) Operations Leader (all genders)

Job Description

At Philips, our Service Parts Supply Chain (SPS) organization plays a critical role in ensuring patients, clinicians and field service engineers can rely on healthcare equipment when it matters most.

As SPS Diagnostic Imaging (DI) Operations Leader, you will build and lead a newly formed global organization responsible for operational performance, service-parts availability and supply-chain resilience across DXR, CT and MR. This is a highly visible leadership role with direct impact on customer experience, operational performance and business success.

Your mission is to ensure the right service parts are available at the right place and at the right time, while building a high-performing organization that combines customer focus, operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Your role

  • Lead and develop the newly formed SPS DI Operations organization, bringing colleagues from different teams and locations together around a shared purpose and high-performance culture.

  • Own service-parts availability and operational supply-chain performance for the DXR, CT and MR businesses across regions.

  • Act as a true end-to-end parts performance leader, connecting customer and business needs with planning, supply, availability and lifecycle performance across the complete service-parts value chain.

  • Deploy and continuously mature the new Business Unit-focused operating model in close partnership with Supply Chain and Service leadership, strengthening customer experience, business performance and organizational effectiveness.

  • Lead service-parts planning and supply management in close collaboration with Procurement, regional teams, suppliers and field-service stakeholders.

  • Optimize the service-parts portfolio throughout its lifecycle, balancing availability, quality, repair opportunities, cost, sustainability and excess or obsolete inventory.

  • Strengthen planning, NPI, lifecycle and risk-management processes to reduce lead times, prevent backorders and improve supply resilience.

  • Translate complex operational challenges into clear decisions, improvement actions and measurable results while representing the voice of the business within SPS.

  • Identify opportunities to expand repair, recovery and service-parts performance in support of business growth and operational efficiency.

  • Drive parts-sales growth alongside excellent parts-delivery performance by identifying and executing opportunities that create customer and business value.

  • Build a culture of growth, problem solving, continuous improvement and AI-enabled decision-making while supporting the long-term business roadmap and customer experience ambitions.

You're the right fit if:

  • You bring extensive leadership experience (10+ years) within supply chain in large, complex and international organizations, including experience leading managers and multi-layered teams.

  • You hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain Management or an equivalent discipline, or bring an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

  • You have deep knowledge of supply-chain concepts, particularly make-to-stock environments, service-parts planning and operational performance management.

  • You have demonstrated success in building and integrating newly formed teams and leading organizational or operational transformation, with the ability to create a high-performance culture through change.

  • You bring a strong customer-first mindset and remain accountable and decisive in highly visible, time-critical operational situations.

  • You demonstrate a growth mindset, encouraging learning and continuous improvement while translating opportunities into sustainable parts-sales growth.

  • You can diagnose complex problems, define direction, mobilize stakeholders and deliver sustainable improvements.

  • You demonstrate excellent senior-stakeholder influence, communication and presentation skills across business, Service, Planning, Procurement, suppliers and global matrix teams.

  • You are willing to travel approximately 10% or more, depending on business needs.

Compensation & Benefits Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base salary range for this role is €93,049.00 – €155,081.00. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations. This role is eligible for annual incentive, with your rewards linked to KPIs/company results. • Additional benefits: solid company pension scheme, attractive collective health insurance package and opportunity to buy Philips shares and products with a discount.
