Job summary

Philips is seeking an SPS Diagnostic Imaging (DI) Operations Leader to build and lead a global organization focused on parts availability, operational performance and resilience across DXR, CT and MR. You will drive end-to-end parts performance, connect customer needs with planning and lifecycle management, and partner with Supply Chain and Service leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leadership experience in supply chain within large, international orgs.
• Master's degree or equivalent in related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the newly formed SPS DI Operations organization.
• Own service-parts availability and supply-chain performance across DXR, CT and MR.
• Act as end-to-end parts performance leader connecting customer needs with planning and lifecycle performance.
• Deploy and mature a BU-focused operating model in partnership with Supply Chain and Service leadership.
• Lead service-parts planning and supply management with Procurement and regional teams.
• Optimize the service-parts portfolio across lifecycle balancing availability, cost, and sustainability.
• Strengthen planning, lifecycle and risk-management to reduce lead times and backorders.
• Translate operational challenges into clear decisions and measurable results.
