Job summary

Philips is seeking a strategic People Business Partner for Precision Diagnosis Services and Integrated Supply Chain, based in Amsterdam or Best. You will partner with SO3 leaders to shape people strategies, enable performance and drive transformation across a large, global services ecosystem.

You will design and implement organization models, develop leadership capabilities and build talent pipelines with a focus on data-enabled, AI-supported ways of working. This is a high-impact executive role.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration or equivalent.
11+ years in strategic people partnering, organization design or change management.
Experience partnering with senior leaders in multinational, matrixed healthcare environments.
Ability to translate strategy into practical people interventions with data support.

Responsibilities

Partner with PD Services and PD Supply Chain heads to develop people strategies aligned with business priorities.
Advise senior leaders; strengthen leadership, decision-making and accountability.
Lead organization design and operating-model changes with clear structures and adoption plans.
Drive cross-functional workforce priorities for Services and Supply Chain, including AI-enabled methods.
Oversee workforce planning, succession and talent interventions for sustainable performance.
Collaborate across People Function to translate strategy into practical support.
Use data and lean principles to prioritize high-impact interventions and manage risk.
