Job summary
Philips is seeking a Supply Chain Improvement Manager for Service Parts (SPS) to drive global process optimization across planning systems and teams.
You will define and deliver process improvements, own improvement programs, and collaborate with IT, Analytics and international partners to optimize inventory and costs.
The role requires 5 years in health tech supply chains with SAP/Servigistics experience, and a Master's degree.
Qualifications
- 5 years of proven experience in health tech supply chains and service parts planning.
- Advanced understanding of planning processes with strong analytical and communication skills.
- Master's degree in supply chain management, operations management or Computer Science.
Responsibilities
- Drive global process optimization across SPS by defining and implementing improvements.
- Own improvement activities and ensure timely delivery with lean methodologies.
- Define and drive architecture for systems/tools with IT, Analytics and partners.
- Serve as process expert for Master Data related to planning of service parts.
- Lead global alignment and standardization of planning processes.
- Develop and improve supply chain strategies to optimize inventory and costs.
- Ensure processes comply with Quality System requirements.
- Provide training and guidance to planners on forecasting and inventory concepts.
- Represent Global Planning in service parts projects with international teams.
