Job summary

Eastman in the Netherlands is seeking a Customer Service Representative – Care Solutions to manage order entry, ensure on-time deliveries and coordinate logistics in an international environment. You will handle customer inquiries, complaints and service‑level issues, and screen orders against forecasts while monitoring market trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• Previous experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain or Internal Sales in an International environment is preferred.
• Experience with SAP / ERP system is preferred.
• Knowledge of logistics processes and INCO terms plus related customs procedures and documentation.
• Fluent in English is required, both verbal and written. Additional language is preferred.
• Good analytical skills.
