Eastman is seeking an Inside Sales Representative-Care Solutions in a hybrid role that can be located in Rotterdam, Netherlands (10%+ travel). You will develop and execute territory plans, cultivate cross-functional relationships, and drive demand through discovery to uncover unmet needs, progressing opportunities to win new business.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree and customer service experience, with strong English proficiency and a passion for selling.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; science, finance or engineering preferred.
Experience in servicing customers is a plus.
Proficiency in English is essential; German and French are assets.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute sales calls per territory management plan with follow-up documentation.
Generate and develop sales leads within the territory to meet sales goals.
Build relationships across customer organizations beyond procurement.
Protect and close new business, ensuring orders meet targets.
Prioritize, track, and win opportunities using Opportunity Management process.
Create and maintain Territory Management Plans to maximize growth.
Develop and document account plans for accounts within territory.
Coordinate resources to ensure timely funnel progression.
Leverage consultative selling to communicate value and negotiate effectively.
Maintain CRM documentation, collaboration, and analysis.
