Job summary

JDE Peets is seeking a Global Creative Excellence Director to shape how creativity drives growth across Global Coffee Co., leading the enterprise-wide creative agenda across global teams, zones and markets.

You will define the vision, operating model and transformation roadmap that enable world-class brand building at scale, partnering with senior leaders across Marketing, Finance, Procurement, agencies and production partners to deliver impact.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership in global FMCG or consumer brands.
• Experience managing complex creative ecosystems with agencies and partners.
• Strong expertise in operating models, governance and transformation.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the global creative vision, operating model and transformation roadmap.
• Own agency ecosystem design, partner selection, performance management and executive relationships.
• Oversee governance of non-working media investment and production economics.
• Set global standards for creative quality, speed and rights management.
• Drive innovation including modular content and GenAI-enabled production.
• Translate insights into transformation initiatives across markets.
