• Proven ability to translate consumer and shopper insights into commercial strategies and in-store execution plans.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence influencing senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in an international or global matrix organisation with the ability to collaborate across cultures.
• A proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to work autonomously while leading through influence.

Aufgaben

• Develop global category strategies and in-store execution frameworks that support sustainable category growth and strengthen retailer partnerships.
• Translate shopper, customer, and category insights into actionable playbooks, execution standards, and commercial recommendations for local markets.
• Build compelling category selling stories, customer engagement materials, and shopper activation plans that drive business growth.
• Define Go-to-Market strategies for innovation launches, including success metrics across distribution, shelving, pricing, promotions, and display.
• Partner closely with Global Marketing, Revenue Growth Management, Sales, and local commercial teams to ensure consistent execution across markets.
• Monitor market implementation, identify opportunities and barriers, and support local teams in delivering commercial excellence.
