Job summary

JDE Peet’s is seeking a Global Strategic Sourcing Manager for Coffee Equipment to drive a global category strategy and deliver best-in-class results. You will manage supplier selection, negotiate with key global suppliers and ensure contract execution across regions.

You will lead cross-functional teams, align with regional functions, and focus on value, sustainability and long-term capacity planning within a diverse procurement organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and align global category sourcing strategies and lead execution.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across regions and business units.
• Measure supplier performance to ensure competitive edge and value.
• Manage supplier selection, negotiation and contract execution.
• Build longer-term productivity pipelines to meet cost, cash and sustainability targets.
• Maintain portfolio of strategic agreements and key supplier relationships.
• Ensure compliance to internal policies and the Combined Business Model.
