Job summary

Conference Hotel Group in Weesp, Netherlands, is seeking a proactive Sales & Business Development professional to drive commercial growth across the UK, Belgium, the Netherlands and France. You will identify opportunities, build relationships and guide prospects from first hello to final booking.

In this fast-paced scale-up, you will lead outbound and inbound efforts, manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, and collaborate with Operations, Marketing and senior leadership to tailor

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree required or equivalent experience in business development, sales or hospitality.
• Proven track record in corporate sales for hotels or MICE services.
• Strong written and spoken English; Dutch and French are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and corporate clients for meetings and events.
• Develop proposals and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing and manage an active pipeline.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing and senior leadership to meet client needs.
