Job summary

Signify is seeking a commercially minded professional to translate global consumer business designs into regional implementation plans, ensuring timely rollout and price realization across markets. You will safeguard margin integrity and collaborate with regional sales teams to achieve the target state.

You will build impact frameworks for negotiations, enforce governance, and drive commercial excellence initiatives while managing multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in a commercial control, implementation, commercial effectiveness, pricing, or Finance Business Partnering role.
• Experience within Consumer Goods, FMCG, Consumer Electronics, Manufacturing or similar B2C environments.
• Strong understanding of commercial policies, pricing structures, rebates, promotions, trade investments and customer profitability drivers.
• Proven ability to manage implementation activities across multiple markets and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess business impact and monitor performance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Results-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a changing and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead translation of global commercial frameworks into regional implementation plans.
• Develop impact frameworks for customer negotiations to support target state.
• Collaborate with commercial and sales teams across regions to meet deadlines.
• Ensure consistency between design intent, execution, and policies.
• Enforce pricing guardrails, governance, and exception control.
• Identify and resolve implementation risks and leakage.
• Drive transition from current-state to target-state commercial policies.
• Develop and execute commercial excellence initiatives to improve sales processes.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across regions to support delivery.
