Job summary

Perfetti Van Melle seeks a Process Excellence Lead for the Commerce & Marketing domain to ensure integrated, scalable operating models. You will co-own the transformation roadmap and translate priorities into global and regional initiatives.

You will integrate process, data, systems and capabilities across business units, driving continuous improvement and value realization in a global FMCG setting.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in process excellence, transformation or operational excellence within a global FMCG or consumer goods environment.
• Deep expertise in Commerce & Marketing capabilities, including Revenue Growth Management, Trade Promotion Management, Sales Force Automation and Commercial Data Management.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management and change leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic partner to the Functional Chief and functional leadership team.
• Ensure alignment between global standards and regional deployment.
• Lead governance discussions on process, data and system changes.
• Drive prioritization of improvement initiatives based on business value.
• Oversee adoption of global templates in transformation programs.
• Enable collaboration across GPOs, IT, Data & Analytics and regional teams.
• Strengthen capability and ownership across the Process Excellence network.
