Job summary

Signify in the Netherlands is seeking a commercially minded professional to lead the translation of global consumer business design into regional implementation plans. You will drive timely, compliant rollout across markets, safeguarding price realization and margin integrity.

You will partner with regional commercial and sales teams to align target state with execution, enforce policies, and lead commercial excellence initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in a commercial control, implementation, commercial effectiveness, pricing, or Finance Business Partnering role.
• Experience within Consumer Goods, FMCG, Consumer Electronics, Manufacturing or similar B2C environments.
• Strong understanding of commercial policies, pricing structures, rebates, promotions, trade investments and customer profitability drivers.
• Proven ability to manage implementation activities across multiple markets and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess business impact and monitor performance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Results-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a changing and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Translate global consumer business design into regional implementation plans.
• Ensure rollout is consistent, timely, disciplined, and compliant across markets whilst safeguarding price realization and margin integrity.
• Develop impact frameworks for use in customer negotiations to support the designed target state.
• Collaborate with regional commercial and sales teams to ensure the target state is achieved.
• Ensure consistency between commercial design intent, in-market execution, and policy compliance.
• Enforce pricing guardrails, approval governance, and exception control processes.
• Detect and resolve implementation risks, deviations, and gross-to-net leakage.
• Drive the transition from current-state to target-state commercial policies and ways of working.
• Develop and execute commercial excellence initiatives to improve sales processes and outcomes.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across regions to foster collaboration.
