Job summary

Signify is seeking a Marketing Excellence intern to support planning, processes, ROI, and communications globally. You’ll assist with the Marketing Capability building program and its training communications, helping evangelize digital marketing to diverse audiences.

You’ll prepare newsletters, webcasts, reports, and presentations, while collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to execute ongoing communications programs.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master in Marketing or Communications.
• Fluent in English with strong writing and verbal skills.
• Result-oriented, proactive, and collaborative.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Familiar with Microsoft 365 tools (Office, SharePoint, Viva Engage) and Canva.

Responsibilities

• Support Marketing Excellence initiatives, including planning and communications.
• Assist Marketing Capability building training and related content.
• Prepare newsletters, webcast content, reports, and presentations.
• Develop and execute communication plans for digital transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Signify to run ongoing communications programs.
