Qualifications

• 5+ years of overseas channel management experience in the energy storage, solar PV, or related industries.
• Experience in the German/Dutch market is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive research on key competitors for strategic decision-making.
• Research channel models from analogous industries for optimization opportunities.
• Manage distributor onboarding, audits, and ongoing communication.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive installer database and support policies.
• Collaborate with domestic team on market insights and strategic recommendations.
