Job summary

BYD Europe BV in the Netherlands and Germany is seeking a Channel Management Specialist-NL/DE to lead distributor and installer networks across Berlin, Stuttgart, Hoofddorp and Schiedam. You will conduct market analyses, benchmark channel models, and drive end-to-end distributor onboarding and collaboration with domestic teams to deliver data-driven insights.

Fluent English; German proficiency required; Mandarin is advantageous; Bachelor's degree or higher; 5+ years overseas channel management

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with strong business communication.
• Proficient in German; Mandarin is a strong advantage.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of overseas channel management in the energy storage, solar PV, or related industries.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth market and competitor analysis and produce data-driven reports.
• Research cross-industry channel models to identify best practices and opportunities.
• Manage distributor onboarding, visits, and issue resolution.
• Audit distributor inventory and enforce channel policies.
• Develop installer networks and collaborate across regions with domestic teams.
