BYD Europe BV is seeking a Channel Management Specialist for NL/DE across Germany and the Netherlands. The role requires strong experience in overseas channel management within energy storage or related sectors, plus fluency in English and German. Mandarin is a plus.

You will lead distributor onboarding, visits, and cross-regional reporting while aligning with local market needs in Europe.

Qualifications

• Education & experience: Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Language skills: Fluent in English; proficient in German; Mandarin is a plus.
• 5+ years overseas channel management experience in energy storage, solar PV, or related industries; German/Dutch market experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Conduct in-depth channel market research and competitor analysis.
• Manage end-to-end distributor channel relationships and onboarding processes.
• Perform regular distributor visits and audits of inventory and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-regional teams and report market insights and recommendations.
